Worst post-office in the area. Hate going there, and inevitably every time I am forced to they ruin my day, which they seem to take enjoyment from. Don't expect to get your own packages without a fight, and shame if you actually work and can't get there within their limited opening hours. Do yourself a favour and go to the Myaree store which couldn't be more different, they know how to provide customer service and are wonderfully helpful and friendly.

Really disappointed with the continuous negative experiences I have with the same lady with the long blonde curls, she always speaks in a demeaning manner and denies or attempts to deny most post office matters I come in with. Spoke to numerous friends and family and they all have the exact same experience with her. If you don't want to do your job don't make it everyone else's problem. Highly recommend you train your staff with some basic manners and decency, I will now only be attending the post office in North Fremantle.

Terrible customer service!!
Staff talked to each other while at front counter about them selves.
Felt I was invisible. Also paid $4 more for postage when asked for cheapest method of post.

Amazing staff here at my local Post office. From helping me with my business to my private postal needs. They have bent over backwards to help in all areas. I cannot recommend them enough and actually enjoy my every visit there. 5 out of 5.

Had a wonderful experience after leaving Melville Aus Post having a really unhelpful rude experience. Appreciated the human touch and genuine help regardless of some of the rowdy customers (had a customer demanding to collect a parcel that was still at a processing warehouse) and another situation (a woman had fallen over outside of the complex, with the supermarket not giving her the time of day, she came to the post office for help) transpiring at the same time.

A very poor place to apply for a police clearance.....i gave 4 pieces of identification....including photo id.....and the female bigoted employee....rudely told me this isnt enough i had over 100 points....can australia post lift there standards ....and employ people who understand english....and who also display signs of sexism....towards the male gender....Pathetic Service and employ more western staff...who converse in english.....
