It's such a shame people have seen their recent experiences here as negative, this post office is a major component of Pittsworth and the new owners are doing their absolute best to maintain it while learning business procedures. Rachel having their new baby while still working should be applauded and shows commitment to the business, I definitely couldn't do it. The workers who are still learning are just that, still learning, and I truly hope as a small, supportive country town that we give them the grace they deserve. Con AND Rachel are both amazing, helpful and kind people who do their best to accommodate everyone.

After nearly 4 years of lodging thousands of parcels and receiving the same, the recent owner change has left me and many others with little to no service, respect, or decency. Refusing deliveries from couriers, unable to locate parcels awaiting pick up causing multiple 180km round trips to collect mail they were too lazy to locate. This strange behaviour has caused stress to other local businesses trying to then receive parcles on on their behalf. Owner is preoccupied with a newborn and cannot focus on the job or customers. No staff and any there is have no training causing long lines and lengthy delays while they try and work outhow to do thingsas they go. The post office is the hub of the community and if you cannot provide a fast and effective service, why would you take on this role with zero experience or idea. It is a shame as Con seems lovely, I really feel for him, being married to that woman.
