I was at the post office 15 minutes before closing time for AMSA applications logging. The cooperation from staff was out of the world. They understood the urgency of the matter. Acted wisely. Great Job.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Waiting in line for 15 minutes just to get told that I had to go to the back of the line and wait until she could do my passport, waiting another 15 minutes and she told me to wait at the other side of the counter and she would serve me when the line was down. Waiting for another 25 minutes while other people were getting served. Then I was told I was selfish because I wanted my passport done and it would take 15 minutes to do.

Very very poor. Parcel containing grand children present at post office according to tracking Thursday Dec 21 - 10.51am
No notification that the parcel was waiting or delivery. Going to be one very upset child. This is not the first time this has happened totally unacceptable. How many Port Hedland residents especially children are going to be disappointed this Christmas when their parcel/present is sitting at the post office,

The staff at this post office are horrendous. For peat sake, don't ask any questions about parcels or why they haven't been delivered. The tall skinny female (who obviously needs a good feed) has a foul mouth and temper. WHY WHY WHY do people like this work in customer service Go and get a job away from people you horrible women!
