Delivery drivers can’t be bothered to look for an address cause it’s in a unit, pure laziness and to put the address doesn’t exist is a joke. Considering I have sent parcels before to the same address.

Pathetic delivery drivers, not notifying customers, on parcels. Result of our fetch box, we should be getting this week. We now have to wait, cause of drivers failed to communicate.

I'm new to the area and have had to go in a few times for mail redirecting, paying off bills (from my previous state), send a few things off ect and the staff have ALWAYS been super helpful and super friendly and always greet you with a smile on their face. Great customer service here 😁👍

I just had to ask the staff one question. Now I have to drive over 50 km hoping that my parcel is there, why can I not talk to staff, this is stupid and if parcel not there when I get there a waste of fuel.
