This post office is simply not equipped to handle the volume that it receives. Lines are almost always unreasonably long and service is very slow. It doesn't seem as if anything is being done to improve the situation. Something needs to be done about this. After work, rushing to get a parcel before 5pm in a stuffy room with a long line is truly awful. I don't blame the staff, but systems need to be put in place and more staff need to be rostered to meet the significant demand.

I’ve logged complaints about the staff here before (who have seen been fired/relocated).
But I wear the posties don’t deliver to force you into the store, wait an hour in queue while passing items for sale to try and increase sales in the store. I’ve now have 4 packages in the past week “miss” me at home, while I’ve sat there waiting for the delivery. No note left in letterbox, nothing. Only knew they arrived as I have the app.

Disappointing is an understatement.

I frequent this Post Office regularly. Fortunately, I am able to go at quieter periods. Every time I have been served, the feeling is of inconvenience to the staff and they do not want to be there. They take their time, are blunt to the point of almost rude and if they could do less, they likely would. For context, I have been going here for 3 years.

Kind staff. A shame customers don’t have patience when staff are clearly trying to help them and do their job properly. It is a busy shop but staff were helpful and had quick service

Some of the staff really can’t deal with costumer.
What a horrible place to be.
They are disrespectful, make you feel embarrassed and not helpful at all.
Been using Aus post to ship for my business but this was the last time.

I really appreciate the staff at my local post office. There's always a long queue, but let's remember to be patient and kind. They work hard every day, so let's show them the respect and support they deserve.

Your today’s morning driver here in Woolloomooloo was the rudest person I've ever seen.
He ringed my apartment to give me my 2 orders and I politely asked him to leave it downstairs, it will take me time to get there, I'm in crutches. He insisted I need to come downstairs to sign it.
So I went there. But he had given my parcels to a complete stranger, without checking the person details. Seriously? Then he was rude to me and rang my unit number in front of me, I told him I was in front of him and no one else is home, only my little son whose has been waiting for me.
He ignored me and was rudekybwaving with his hand.
This behaviour from your driver is absolutely unacceptable.
I've checked the building and I didn't find my 2 parcels.
I hope someone will call me and will get refunds for my goods.
