This Australia Post - Prestons CPA is the worst I’ve dealt with. The staff are rude, unprofessional, and have no interest in actually helping customers. They don’t offer all the services advertised, and when asked for clarification, they just confuse you more instead of providing proper guidance. There’s no basic courtesy, let alone decent customer service. I won’t be returning and would recommend others avoid this location if they want a smooth and respectful experience.

is the third time in 3 weeks that we had to return something to different companies.
BUUUT we have never ,ever !! been able to leave a puzzle to be returned!! we are always told to come back the next day !! or different times...
today, AGAINN my eldest sons only day off Uni and work was told the same thing !
this place is a joke !!! Hence why we never buy anything from them,
worse service ever!!! ALWAYS
I honestly see this place going broke in not time, the lack of customer service and the fact that they dont even do their job makes me wonder why are they even open

I RATHER DRIVE TO LEPPINGTON one , where they actually do their job.

FYI This Australia Post does not do parcel drop-off. If you need to drop off a parcel here, you can't do it unless you have had the parcel weighed and paid for at another Australia Post, which why would you then waste your time coming back to this post office to send said parcel. You can only collect parcels here.

Worst customer service. When I walked in the worker was on the phone talking to her husband and made the people in front of me wait while she finished her conversation. When it got to me (I was trying to return an amazon package which cannot be done at this location, which I didn't know) she told me I needed a barcode. When i told her all that I had was a QR code she told me to go to another store and try there. It would of been so easy to say that they do not do "Print at Post" at this location but she was really dismissive and I've had to go online to try and find some help instead. Will not be going back to that location.

Useless. Pathetic service not sure why they open after 5pm if they can't provide basic service of accepting a parcel to be posted with return label. Don't bother coming here.

It is not a normal Australia post Office outlet as they don’t have the facility of reading the barcode for addresses in the parcel.
