Use this place regularly, as I live near by.
Haven't ever got a nice staff member yet. All miserable. Thought I'd finally give them a review.

Went there again on the 21/10/24 in the morning. Rude staff member serving me again, telling me I should use my bank to take money out. (I don't have a bank in cairns because I'm with ING). I ended up going to freshwater post office and damn it was the total opposite. The nicest lady that I've ever been served by.

Terrible customer service, I was told my parcel would be delivered in 6 - 9 business days, got a call 6 days later saying that they couldn't deliver it because I had a power bank and earbuds in there. Had to take them out and asked to be upgraded to express for compensation. Said they couldn't do that and if I wanted to get express I would have to REPAY FULL PRICE. Don't go here for international shipping, probably wouldn't recommend at all

A great place to send a box of belongings back the UK. They had different sizes on display to choose from and then it’s priced by weight. They were so helpful and guided us through the whole process. Great customer service.

I love that all my parcels have been delivered rather than carded recently. Even get a call from the postal worker since they can't get into the gated complex. I've been working from home for a decade and dreaming of this day. ? Not that the staff at the store aren't lovely 🙂

I asked for passport forms, they told me I had to go on line. Scan all the photos etc etc etc, I said I wanted a form. They said No its not done like that you need to go online.
So I went to Smithfield PO, forms were out for the taking, they answered my questions and was very friendly and helpful with the whole process. I know where I'll be going from now on.

Older gentleman working there is quite arrogant and condescending. Witnessed him being quite rude with a woman who clearly had metal health issues. Then to have him tell me that my bank card and medicare card were not sufficient identification which is ridiculous.,when I don't have photo ID for security reasons.
