I used to think the postal system hated me, but wow. Compared to my local branch, even the atmosphere is different..

100% EXCELLENT SERVICE. My wife and I had passport photos done and passport renewal application lodged in friendly, professional and quick time. The lady who took the photos was so lovely and the Manager was very efficient lodging the renewals. It was a pleasure to come to this very friendly LPO.

The staffs are very friendly and helpful and patient , best place to do new or renew passports - easy going , no appointment no hassle - love the tatoos and ear, nose rings of the people there , sorry for them to deal lots of funny people from continents , your spirits still there but we have to accept this area is a multicultural so hang on there til the next generation will be better. Good job team , keep up the excellent work .

At all costs, try to avoid the lady with the streaked greyish hair, also the young dude with the sandy brownish hair. If you get the old guy with the beard you've hit the jackpot. He is vibrant and has jokes with his customers. Definitely a people person with customer service skills.
