I have no grounds for any complaint, l go to the p.o. 3 times a week, the best service, s'times you have to wait for a short period during xmas etc, understandable. Always get the right info on every transaction, can't fault them, wonderful friendly manners. Gold Star!!!

The staff at this particular post office are atrocious.

Deviating from offical policy and formulating their own “rules & regulations” on the fly....

On top of this, the older lady is beyond rude.

Terrible service.... everytime. You are hard pressed to get a smile let alone anything more. Only go here if you are desperate and every other post shop in Australia is closed.
