normal this is a good shop to go to. but I am not very happy with this shop today. sent my husband in the pick up a parcel today. they would. not even look at trying to see if my parcel was in or whether the parcel was still in the van because I was at home and they went to deliver the parcel. we have seen the parcel van come past my place down our street twice today twice this afternoon and once this morning.
they were rude and simple would not do anything. said can look at you don't have the tracking number. but yet we had the barcode there and when the mail delivery man comes to our door they use the barcode on the parcel to click it to say that it's been delivered why couldn't they in the sharp use their little clicker thing click the barcode on my phone and give me my passing.
on this experience we're supposed office this business I am not happy I hope in the future I have better experiences with the post office but this teaches me that I have to stay home.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. The lady was extremely & unnecessarily rude. I’m urgently awaiting a package that I require before going overseas & the lady would not help & refused to discuss it further saying she needed to close. It was 10mins before closing.

Visited here twice today. This would be the most helpful and friendiest post office I have visited in my travels around Australia. The girls were fabulous. A credit to your employer.

I had an email telling me to pick up parcel (S) so we travelled 200kms to do so only to be told there was only one parcel for us. On coming back to our caravan and computer, I checked only to find that there was another that had been delivered there. Now we wont be back into Roma for 3 weeks and hope that the parcels (as there should be another 3 in total, plus a letter) will be held for us. Not happy jan
