Unfortunately this Post Office is more of a Passport Office. Staff are friendly and helpful but I waited 20 mins to pop in and collect a parcel that was pickup at PO only. Need to sort out Passport services better.

I have been going to this post office since 2018 when I moved into the area. Since the new owners took over late last year, service has been amazing. I went in today to apply for a new passport. The lady was efficient and professional. She was very meticulous with the process to ensure the application wasn’t rejected. There was no appointment necessary like some other post offices in the area.

I went for a passport application, well prepared as online requirements and also submit everything through online already. She just said your photo too big... I showed her the requirements from the passport website. The photo is within the requirement. She said she will not accept my application. Fine.....

If I am the employee I will offer a pair of scissors and help the customer to cut it to fit "their standard".

But in front of me there were three customers, they spent more than 30mins to fill in the form and talking to the lady because they can share the same language?

Went too another post office. Everything nice and easy done.

Don't waste time to go there for passport application.

Btw, the other young girl is super nice and helpful. But unfortunately she can't help on the passport application.

I recently got my passport application done here on priority service and the staff were very helpful and understanding ensuring everything in my application was all good. They double-checked everything and when they had doubts that my ID photo would not be accepted, they made sure they got the perfect shot. I was able to get my passport in just 2 days after I lodged it here without no problem. 5 stars definitely for the service I received.
