Couldn’t print out a pick-up authorisation form that we had filled in because they “didn’t have a printer” (one right behind the counter). Then they “dont have an email” for us to send the form to so that they can print it for my agent.

The worst Post Office in Rose Bay. Absolutely disgraceful, rude and impatient old man behind the counter. Did anyone teach him in the country he came from being polite with customers? Probably not, so he should go whatever he came from. There is something seriously wrong with him.

I ordered vitamins online; my parcel came to the Dover Road Rose Bay on the 5th of January. Ten days it was there untouchable. Alright. The funny story, this old man behind the counter also a lair. I came and asked what happened, he said that someone have been at my house, and they left a note in my mailbox. I have cameras all around my house constantly recording all visitors. No one came or left a card in my mailbox. The post office old man did not even want to listen what I was saying constantly interrupting in the rudest manner. Please let them leave post office and hire someone better who will help customers instead making them feel like undelivered parcels are their fault and Australia post have no responsibility whatsoever.

Absolutely ridiculous. Did not notify me that there was a delivery to my house, then ignore a request to leave at door. Ridiculous short opening hours means I can't pick up the delivery from the post office. They'd charge me to move it to a 24 hour locker?!

Disappointing service. There is a staff member here who consistently shows impatience and lack of compassion to customers. Many times I have seen unsure or nervous customers, people with English as their second language and the elderly given condescending and uncharitable treatment.
Whilst working with the public can be challenging I hope this staff member realises that some of the more vulnerable people in society depend on a friendly face at the post office.

Absolutely terrible service particularly from Amir. If I could give them zero stars, I would. We went to get passport photos taken and after baulking at the idea of having to step out from behind the counter, Amir told us to step aside and wait while he served everyone else. When I pointed out that we had waited in the line along with everyone else, he finally decided to come and take our photos. After one failed attempt (his machine said the photo he took didn't meet the proportion requirements for a passport photo) he then said he couldn't do the rest and that we would have to leave. Appalling. I will never go back to this post office and strongly caution others against wasting their time there.

This is the worst post office I’ve ever stepped foot in. I use the term post office loosely as It looks more like a crack den. Absurdly bad service. The staff have lost my Apple Watch and couldn’t care less. I’ve given them 3 days to look for it and I doubt one of them has even got out of their seats.
I’d prefer to drive out to Walgett to pick up my mail.

have a sign about passport photos front of shop... go in to get a passport form told "we don't have passport forms". ok can i get my passport photo "no we don't have batteries in the camera" ? what has happened to our post offices sell junk with poor service
