Apparently I was sent some medication through the post and it had been delivered but taken back to the post office. As I was at work at the time, received no notification at all, and I don’t own a crystal ball, I had no idea of the delivery. As with most medication it can only be at room temperature for a couple of days, and for that reason it was sent by express post. Again, because I was not aware it had been delivered, it languished at the post office in the QLD heat for over a week before I became aware of its existence. $30 wasted as now the medication is useless! Thank you Aust Post!!

I'm glad someone else had the pleasure of that same lady with the accent. She is like a robot. I experienced her today. She was rude and belittling towards me, telling me she could type and answer my question at the same time. Also the woman with the loud voice who spoke to me, u too were rude to me. U didnt have to use that tone or speak to me that way. You both embarrassed me, which was very unnecessary. I can honestly say, I won't be going back.

I was waiting in the post shop today.along with a rather long queue of people.Two of the staff were doing passport photos.Which understandably took a while.While the other staff member held a 15 minute conversation with a young man about books or movies lord of the rings was bandied around for awhile in other words she had finished what ever he was there for ( flirting) is a word that springs to mind She never once looked up to see if anyone was waiting

Went in to the store, only needing a new form for my passport but the lady at the front denied me to get a form. I tried to explain that all I needed was the forms as I have already had my photos and everything else completed, instead just gave me card to do it online? Really rude customer service

It appears I am not only as to the reviews with the lady with the accent. She spends more telling you what she isnt willing to do to serve you, than actually serving you. Today it was Im not going to accept my Christmas cards over the Counter go put them in box outside after I spent 15 minutes in line to hand them in. 3 days ago it was me watching her tell a lady she wont accept her parcel and to go to another counter, 3 days ago for me trying to post 3 large letters in across the counter, basically threw the stamps at me and said next before I even stepped away. If you hate your job or people go elsewhere. You are a terrible fit for this office. If I see you I let other people in front of me now rather than have you. The other ladies, cheerful, accomodating and always willing to help. They always take my cards and large letters across the counter 1 bad apple in the cart needs to go.
