Rude staff

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the service I received.I recently received a reminder to collect my parcels. Due to my busy work schedule, I authorized someone to collect them on my behalf.

However, when she arrived, she was informed that there were no packages under my name. Despite this, I later discovered the following week that the parcels had been returned after only a few days. I am extremely disappointed in the handling of my parcels and the lack of communication.

Furthermore, I was dismayed by the rudeness and unprofessional attitude displayed by the staff member that served me.Her demeanor was unwelcoming, and her tone was dismissive.

Start checking the parcels properly as this has happened to me so many times now.

Arrived to have a passport photo done at 430 told they couldn't do it. Asked what time did they stop and was told 3pm!
I work full time, Now have to go to Canlands, was also told to go to MtP but the website says they do do them ?

Went in to have passport photo taken today 4.25 lady refused so went and drove straight to Mount Pleasant instead at 4.45 same amount of staff on and more customers in store and they had no problems taking the photos.

the post office shuts at 5, i went into the post office yesterday as my package had said it had been delivered.. went in and the lady told me no it’s still in the van but we will be open until 5:30pm if you would like to come get it.. i have come here today before 5:30 to the post office closed and no way for me to receive my package as i fly out tonight.

I arrived at 3:35 to have my son's passport photos taken. The Australia post website says no appointment necessary. There were 2 staff working and 3 customers including myself. I was told by the lady that they won't do them this late in the day. When I asked if I should book in she told me just go to mt pleasant. What's the point of the service if you won't do it.

I had a bad experience here just couple weeks ago. The lady was so mean and so was the elderly man as i tried to send an international parcel. I actually burst into tears because i can't handle confrontations. I really hope they can improve and be kinder or more knowledgeable.

My partner went into pick up a package this morning and ask a few question regarding said package (why its wasn't delivered when we paid for it) the lady pretty much said it wasn't her problem and told him to move along. This was the first and only time he will use this post office. Very unhappy and will be having all other packages sent to a different post office.
