Staff are rude. Just came off a long shift at the hospital only to be met with rudeness. Spoke down to me in front of other customers. Refused to take my code to send a package. Wanted the QR code but the link was broken. After telling her to submit the code manually or I go elsewhere she finally did. Here is my review. Do better, if you don’t like your job don’t work in retail.

I was looking for somewhere open after 12pm on a Saturday to deposit some money, where the other stores are closed this branch was opened. I clicked more info to confirm this service was offered by this branch and got onto the reviews which didn’t look inviting so I was hesitant on the experience but thought I’d give it ago. I don’t leave many reviews but thought the experience I had was amazing and couldn’t be faulted. I believe there was a husband and wife rostered on who were friendly and having a laugh together and two young girls on the counter who were welcoming. They have a good selection and store looks refurbished and well presented.

I am personally no a fan of reviews however my experience warrants such a review.
I attended this post office where I was confronted (not served) by an older woman behind the counter, I am guessing she’s the boss.
She was very aggressive, and argumentative I just wanted to send a parcel but the entire experience was unpleasant and it seemed like she just wanted to have a fight.
Prior to my experience I noticed another guy asking questions and she was yelling at him too.

Either she hates men or is just a awful human.
There is zero customer service when attending this post office and the sooner a post office becomes a museum piece the better.

Needed to return post parcel to United Kingdom so went to Australia Post Safety Bay LPO today 10/8/23. I was served by a really pleasant, helpful lady named Cara.
They were particularly busy but this didn't faze them...almost all the customers where greeted by name & asked how are you?
This level of customer service is somewhat of a rarity for whatever reason, these days.
I felt valued as a customer & because of this I will return 😊 Thanks Australia Post Safety Bay.

Horrible people that work there, both ladies on a Wednesday. Unhelpful, rude and should not be employed as customer service. Both need a talking to on how to be polite and helpful. Avoid if you don't want to be abused

Going to this post office is like being sent to the disciplinary teacher in school, where the lady that works there always make us feel anxious.

The worst of all was when during the height of the pandemic, no vaccines yet and she told me to undo my glasses because Im too ‘enclosed’ with mask and whatnot. I honestly do not know how the nice gentleman deal with her on a daily basis.

Since then I would always ensure all my parcels end up at another post office.

Well what an ordeal. It happened three months ago. I have frequented this post office for 30 years. given them hundreds of dollars in money. They should clean up the shop, it’s like a hoarders place,disorganised and someone needs clean it. But that aside, a middle aged grumpy, aggressive, nasty Staff member resides there every day, I have been putting up with her obnoxious behaviour for years and years. She needs to get the flick big time. I refuse to use the Post Office again, no apology to a long term customer and she was gloating when her boss and owner minimised her behaviour. No apology, no concern happy to let 30 year customers leave upset. and stood up for her obnoxious behaviour. Maybe it happens all the time.
