Not only is the parcel delivery driver lazy AF. Claiming they couldn't make the delivery because I was absent even though I was WAITING for it, ready.
But the older lady in the Post Office is rude.
Any complaints made she will offhand them somewhere else. Complaints fall on deaf ears.
She even gives excuses that dont make sense like "the driver couldn't deliver because you have a dog" when I literally don't own a dog. Even should I own a dog, that doesn't stop the delivery guy on the bike.
Parcel driver also never leaves the red slip in my letter box.

This post office is a joke, and actively ruining AUSposts already poor reputation with locals.

Would give zero stars if I could. The older lady is so rude at the Sarina PO ! When I asked why my parcel was left outside on top of the mail box in the rain instead of a card left to collect from the post office. I was told that there isnt an issue with how this has been delivered by the contractor and that it is acceptable practice.
I forwarded the complaint to Aus Post direct and with a photo of how it was left. To which they said is unacceptable how the item was left and are sorry this happen to us, its not their usual practice and would take the matter further with Sarina PO.

You could not get a more rude and condescending, know it all of a woman behind the counter of this post shop. As a person just travelling through the area she could not let down the face of the Sarina community any more. Shame on her really. I think she needs to move on in life.

Having issues get parcels delivered, ask to find out why and he says they are not allowed to go through gates and says that is a policy they have from Brisbane, then to ask in Brisbane complaints line and they tell me it is not an auspost policy she then says he has lied to me about that , they won’t take responsibility for their stuff ups , very unprofessional to deal with and all their mistakes are blamed on someone else avoid at all costs , take to post office in Mackay than deal with their bad attitude.

I would give zero if I could - service provided for a business customer is very poor . Mark obviously does not support business customers
He refusal to provide the service I pay for by Australia post using and paying for express post is quite unacceptable for the volume I lodge and pay for in his post office . I do not support this business and recommend other business customers who have issues with mark to also complain and also talk to me
