Amazing customer service, we overstayed 1 whole hour after closing finishing our passport application, they could have kicked us out, but they didn’t and helped us after we made 2 mistakes and had to restart. Urbanr was so unbelievably kind and helpful. He most definitely needs a raise. This post office is how they all should be!

Best Postal Service Experience - This review is long overdue and is set to recognise the great service provided by Australia Post - Scarborough. My wife and I use this local post office for both personal and business needs. Each of us manages our own business and both have received excellent service over the years. This Post provides the best service I have experienced, having lived and worked in many cities, and in many counties. Staff are professional, efficient, and friendly. My view is the service provided is cost effective, and for us the location is very convenient. The owner/manager is very attentive to our needs, and this level of service extends to the everyone we have worked with on his team. Usually do a great job but the auspost holiday hours are listed incorrectly which meant I was unable to collect a parcel. I am going oversees on Mon so won’t be able to get this parcel at all - would have never chosen PO collection if I knew it would be closed! Saw quite a few people pulling up and turning away at the door. Sorry for the low review, just wanted to flag to please update this next time.

The absolute best Post office with friendly, helpful staff. A lovely man helped me with my son’s passport application and even stayed back past closing to get it lodged for me after I’d made a mistake on the form and had to redo it! Amazing customer service.
