I came to this post office to pick up a parcel that was confirmed as delivered to their location. I had the delivery slip in hand, yet the staff member I dealt with made no real effort to assist me. Instead, they repeatedly said, “not here, can’t find it,” without offering any explanation or guidance on what might have happened or what I should do next.

This was extremely frustrating, as the parcel is important for my work. The lack of effort and clear communication was disappointing and left me feeling completely unsupported.

Firstly, I would like to say that the atmosphere as soon as I entered was phenomenal. As I enter, I was greeted by a very kind lady, I believe her name is Tracy. Such an amazing person. At first I needed help concerning one of my packages, I received great advice from her and her son and they helped sort out the issue. Service is 10/10. I truly recommend this place to the locals.
