Zero star! This is a review for Australia Post delivery. Handed over an envelope containing important documents on 16th Oct early morning for delivery from Silverwater to Stanhope Gardens - just 20kms apart and paid $8.50 and as of 22nd Oct the parcel has not been delivered and not even onboarded. If I would have stuck the envelope on the back of a tortoise it would have arrived by now. This must be a joke! Australia Post does not even care I suppose.

Came back to 1 star review this place, they left a missed delivery card in my mailbox instead of putting my debit card ive been waiting for delivery of. I was also home the whole day during the date of delivery and my intercom didnt go off. They need to start punishing these postmen for these instances to stop it from happening again.

I attended the post office at the Silverwater Business Centre today, 25/06/24, where I had the most unpleasant experience. The operator, Poonam, was extremely rude in response to my questions, giving short and impolite answers. He was impatient when I asked to change the method of posting, as the standard method would take too long and I didn’t know it required a different envelope. I’ve never experienced such poor customer service; someone without proper skills shouldn’t be dealing with the public at all. I feel really disappointed in the way Poonam tried to make me feel incompetent, as I had no understanding of the possible ways to post my envelope.

I would also like to mention that Roula took over after noting the whole situation and provided excellent service, great communication, a clear explanation of the process, and great management skills.

The staff are always friendly and professional. At peak times there can be a line but the staff do their best to get to everyone quickly. I find that parcels don’t get delivered to my unit, even when I’m home. So I set up a parcel locker and I highly recommend. It’s so convenient, more secure, and I can pick up items out of hours.

I ordered 10kg car food online, and selected if no one home leave at a safe place option. Asked 1 day leave and waited home the whole day, no one ring the door bell at all, nor leave the parcel at the department hall, just send me the message saying they couldn't find a suitable place to put my parcel, which they didn't even attempt the delivery but drop to the postoffice straight away!! This post office is 3.5km away from my place, and I don't have a car, am I suppose to carry a 10kg box and walk 7km just because someone didn't do a proper job!

My address is in an apartment with 20 levels. How could the postmen not know where to deliver and return it to the post office? The mail room is right on the ground level when you walk in the front gate and there is a parcel locker right in it. And I was home all day not heard a sound of the door bell either. And you made me go collect my parcel 3.5km away from my place.

The postie left before my friend went to the ground floor. She told me that someone was also here looking for postie. The reflection from AusPost is that their driver followed standard procedures and waited long enough. Now my parcel was left at this place where is 2.7 km far from me, and they said "all offices near u are not receiving new parcels, if u not going to collect ur parcel we would return it". I have been to 3 countries and this is the worst post company that I have ever seen. The company presenting such services and attitude won't even survive for a minute if it's a different country.
