Delivery drivers are sketchy at the best of times.
I've now had a notification of a Delivery that never arrived and 1 that decided to take my package home and give to someone who lives in my street, that does not work for post who later walked it to my house!
So unprofessional, and extremely unreliable.

Asked which postage packet would be suitable, took their advice, and then went to pay for it and they told me it was the wrong one. I had to pay double for the exsiting evelope and the new one.

I have never in my life experienced such incompetence in a Post Office. I purposefully went in multiple times to assure that my paperwork was all signed in the correct places and nothing was missing. When I went in later that afternoon to lodge the papers, I was told that I had a whole section that still needed signing. Staff at Singleton Post notably have issues reading offical documents because the paperwork clearly states that that section did NOT need to be signed. I'll be sure to travel further out for all future Postal duties as I will not be giving them business again. Incredibly disappointed to have to deal with such a thing in my local town.

Absolutely disgusting . Done a dna test that took forever for the father to do and it has been lost n no results and was put in express post on queens birthday so no tracking number .

No matter what the size of a parcel .. best a letter a small box or a big box ..it seems that nothing can ever be delivered. I always find a card in my letterbox to say ...come collect it . I didn't realise it would be so difficult to get mail delivered. Very disappointing

Cannot wait half an hour you will miss out on sale because no one will answer the phone
