The staff could be more friendlier. Stood in line for a long time and tried to hand in my return to Amazon - the lady said I need to pay for the package and I was happy to do so. So she pointed on a direction and I went to get the package and returned to her. She said I have to wait in the long line again. REALLY. Hey I am busy at work to but I treat people with respect and kindness.

Two woman staff were being visibly rude to customers, showing zero patience nor tolerance for customers with concerns about packages. How is this helpful? How do they expect business with poor customer service if they are constantly being undermined and belittled. They were seen constantly rolling their eyes and being completely unwelcoming. No respect was shown to multiple people who came up to the counter. Not only this but they were unorganised and had no idea what was happening in their OWN store. This is horrible and unnecessary, a simple smile wouldn’t hurt whilst doing the job they’re payed to do with a pleasant attitude.

The most terrible service I ever had. I got my parcel delivered two days ago, it was opened and one item was missing. I checked the camera record and shows nobody comes after the delivery man dropped the parcel, which means it was opened before he dropped it. The sender asked signature, while the delivery man just leave the parcel in front of the door. I am at home that time, he even didn’t knocked the door. I went to AU POST office, the staff gave me a card and ask me call that number, it took half hour to get through the phone. And the customer service on the phone asked me to go the AU POST at Cotton Tree to fill some form. What a stupid system!!!!

I am 14 and went in to collect my package and they were refusing to give it to me because I didn’t have a drivers license. When I offered to go a get my school id she said that won’t work even though I told her my address name and phone number which she also confirmed it matched the package but still refused and said my mum had to get it which she can’t because it closes at 5 and has to work later then that and it is also closed in the weekends. Personally that is complete bs and poor costumer service.

The arrogance of the staff is absolutely staggering. They act like they’re doing you a favour just by being there. They couldn’t care less about you as a customer – they know they have a captive audience and take full advantage of it. If you want to experience the absolute worst in customer service, this is the place. Their attitude is completely beneath contempt.

Always great service, very quick and very nice people. People who have left bad reviews have never been to most NSW Australia post offices....they would know what bad service is. These people do their best and are so helpful.

Extremely rude staff, completely unnecessary to be that rude to someone asking a question. If you hate your job that much don’t work there instead of ruining everyone else’s day with your awful attitude. Get better staff Australia post, seems to be a universal thing with this company.
