As a support worker who works non stop I work 7 days a week and am on a streak of 500+ days, I rarely have spare time let alone the spare time to maintain a hobby. I have recently begun collecting house plants online. A few deliveries to our house of recent haven't been left despite requesting they are left. Obviously we have had a change in delivery drive because the first one would leave them right at the front door because we have a big dog behind the door. The last delivery that wasn't left we believe was because of the same previously mentioned dog, as this might have been the case I ensured my husband was home for collection, the driver drove past without even attempting the delivery. As a result they were taken to this post office which for a normal 9 to 5 worker is impossible to get to let alone one that works all weekend as well!.
The management personally called me and when I couldn't answer left a text message to alert me to my packages requiring pick up. And then stayed open 10 minutes late while I rushed from work to come and collect them.
It is so good to know that with all the hard work I do and all the bad luck of recent I have had, that there are good people out there and things can go good in the day.
Thank again 110% to the management here for helping me and there needs to be a better way to communicate/report posties that purely drive past a house without even attempting delivery, I order online to be delivered so that it is not only easy on myself but so that the LPOs don't have yo worry because I can never get there in time and yet in this case it's the posties that are the let down.

Amy (Indian lady) was absolutely rude. No manners and very impatient when asked simple questions about a service they provide. When I asked her why she was being rude she tried to excuse her behaviour but became more hostile. She needs more training in customer service. So rude.

I've tried to phone a few times over many days and after poor service and having the same box for over 31 years.im not paying nearly 200 dollars for no service.And he phone me today said I have to give keys back.lol I payed for them.Refund my money for the keys.Qr put new locks on it and re rent it.

Absolutely disgusted to see previous complaints about the same Indian man that just treated my disabled sister like a piece of poo, is still employed here after all of the complaints made against him. Got up in her face pointing his finger at her talking to her like she was less than a human being. Making everything out to be her fault. Didn't even explain the situation properly to her, then proceeded to ask why she took so long to come in... as if that's any of his business? People have lives (obviously not him) and get caught up.

Literally the worst customer service I have ever witnessed in my whole life. Hopefully some justice is served here for everyone's sake.

I feel disgust of this Post Office site. I much rather send my parcels to another place than there. Ridiculous a particular person deny to give what is my because of my id's address its different. If u dont know, people in here change houses. And also saying that I have to go to service sa to change it. Shut up! You go and u change it for me. If I dont have time to shopping and did online, why should I go and change my address? Is it to please you? get out of here!!!!

Will never return to this post office. Customer service was arrogant, rude and racist. I feel for the women working there. The Indian guy even over charged as per the Australian Post Price Guide dates July 2024.

Wont be using this service here again. Tried to express post a parcel at 4pm, apparently being an hour before closing she either didnt want to help or looked as if she had no idea what i was talking about. Said okay and took it out back, no further information exchanged said it was all okay.

1 week later, parcel still has not been received and noone knows where it is. Head into the post office 3 days after, turns out the woman hadn’t even sent the parcel, just stuck it in the back for someone else to send. If i could give 0 stars i would.

Does anyone at the Smithfield branch know how to answer a phone,rang 5 times in the last 2 days to no answer,at one point rang a friend on my other phone who was in the store,she heard there phone ringing and the staff members continued to chat to each other
