terrible customer service. way too many times they have closed earlier than 5. just now drove all the way down there to pick a package up at 4 only to find out when I got there they were closed at 3.... why tell me to pick up a package if you're not going to be there jerks

The worst experience I ever had with a post office! Sent a parcel express to Broome telling them how urgent it needed to Arrive as needed for a job! They somehow managed to sort it wrong and send it to karatha! Now it won't arrive on time and will cost me a fortune ( flight tickets etc....) to get the needed part on time! Go to any other post office if you need something sent on time. Incompetent staff how it seems! Go anywhere else not here! Horrible costly experience.

Just extremely understaffed, lack of space. Lovely customer service. I don't recommend to anyone who is not prepared to line up for half an hour. I've found this to be my average wait time. Definitely not good for the elderly here. Waiting in line would be difficult.

very good customer service for my children's passport applications. my daughter's first photo was not qualified, the lady helped to retake it, and offered us to come submit again on Sat morning with no fuss, really helpful!

May I politely suggest you need to hire more staff. I watched as the two staff present a) struggled to find packages, which were spread all over the shop on the customer side of the counter (how secure is that?) and b) did their best to serve the queue which was out of the door. And this at 11:00am. I know these are self managed businesses, but Australia Post takes the flak here. Dreadful and inefficient. The staff themselves were polite no reflection on them. Owners of the business need to step up.

I feel terrible for the two staff members that are always under the pump and overwhelmed with customers. Please do away with some of the novelty items for sale and increase to the storage space. The fact that there are always shopping trolleys overflowing with parcels on the customer side risks customers parcels and makes finding them take infinitely more time.

They're not good. I just went there and requested a picture for Australian document and they took normally. I requested to be sent by email as well and the woman asked for me to write my email in a piece of paper and I did. She probably typed wrongly and when I realized I just called them to request to resend the email or forward it with the picture and said she couldn't do that and if I wanted the pics I'd need to pay for it again. I really don't believe she said it for one simple and easy thing even not being my mistake because I WROTE my email in a piece of paper in capital letter to don't have this kind of mistake.

Being honest, if it was an huge effort to resend to me, I wouldn't mind to pay, but it was their big mistake.
