This is my local post office and have been going here for years. Was great back in the day when it was part of the newsagent.

They do all banking and postal services.

Staff are quite good they just want you in and out, sometimes can be a bit abrupt but that’s the way it is.

Possibly the most depressing experience I’ve had in a long time, the place is dark and dingy, the staff look like they absolutely hate their jobs, no concept of busy and large queues, I honestly left the place feeling anxious and low.. unfortunately they have a monopoly on Spearwood area postals, we have no choice but to go there to collect parcels… I generally dig deep before I get there knowing it will be a truly depressing experience and I’m never pleasantly surprised.. horrible place, disinterested staff, gloomy and depressing, don’t even deserve 1 star.

The man behind counter with glasses just so rude.Got two parcels return to retailers even same address,I had to follow their instructions to do two return labels online and paid twice the postages.

I got barcodes and had to be printed the labels at PO as I got no printer.

While I approached him ,I just let him scan one first to see which one match the order no. reference (I've been pre -written on the package so can see straight
away in a sec).

And he just extremely impatient with the rude tone warned me made up the decision
which parcel to go with the first label.

So speedless,he made me sounded like a idiot in front of others in the PO even I did know what I'm doing ,2 parcels,2 return labels.

There is a male who works there who gets the job done, quick and efficient. I feel the others avoid eye contact to avoid working, I didn’t get his name - but he is by far the best post office guy around 🙂

Rudest customer service from their older female worker. Treated me horribly and had a go at me, insinuating that I am unable to have a parcel delivered to them when the company did not correctly write my Parcel Locker info and was given to the LPO by default. I was not at fault. Disgusting.

Unfortunately I had two bad experiences with Spearwood post office.
First experience they left a parcel in unattended place on front of my main door.
Second experience they lost my parcel, on the tracking show that the parcel was delivered but unfortunately I didn’t received it. They should need to change the management.
