Very rude and condescending, unfortunately for them they picked the wrong person.. im not sure of the 2 ladies who were in there today the 23/1/25 at around 4pm but they need a lesson on customer service... walked in needing to collect a parcel and was given a Barcode in an email which told me to take it to the counter, the first lady told me I was in the wrong section and that I needed to collect from the lockers next door outside of the main room (what i thought i heard) i didn't have my hearing aid on me as it had gone flat earlier that day.. So being mostly deaf in 1 ear and partially deaf in my other I was a bit confused but thought I understood what she had instructed me and as I was walking out I seen a sign with an arrow pointing towards some lockers before exiting through the glass doors and thought this must have been the lockers she was telling me about. The code wasn't working so I went back to the counter and waited in line behind 1 lady, whilst standing behind the other customer the first lady asked "it didn't work?" I said "nah it didn't" with a confused look on my face unsure as to why looking for assistance then the other lady middle aged quite snarkly said "you went to the wrong locker you didn't go to the right locker, you went to the locker just here didn't you? You didn't walk outside past the fire hydrant and go next door did you? Remember? Like she just told you JUST before" with a sarcastic arrogant tone and without even giving me a chance to answer she just kept telling and sarcastically asking me if I went "outside" the doors I looked up and said "oh sorry but I must have misunderstood... My Apologies" and as I walked out i had a few other choice words as I don't take disrespect lightly at all, 1st it wasn't her business to jump in as i was talking to the 1st rude lady and try to make a fool of me 2nd she didn't have to be such a rude ignorant pig and 3rd all she had to do was talk with a little bit of respect.. its people like this in moments like this who ruin others days I was having quite a good day excited to pick up my package for my business and was met with nothing but 2 rude and arrogant people who are obviously WAY too comfortable in their positions. Hence why I'm putting in a review j think it's time some managers knew of their behaviour

Recently I had an email saying “ Attempted delivery “ parcel sent to collection centre. But clearly Au post service didn’t even make an effort to deliver because we were home and the door was opened the whole time as I was tracking the mail to be delivered within an hour. And I realised nobody came to deliver and just sent an email saying attempted delivery.

I ship products regularly and often have to visit this post office early in the morning. I can't say enough good things about Matt, who works the morning shift from 6am before the Post Office opens. He always goes above and beyond to help with my bulky parcels, and nothing is ever too much trouble for him. His friendly and efficient service truly sets this post office apart.

Piss poor altogether, it says online you can photocopy, so I walked in trying to get my ID photocopied, stood there waiting only to be told they can't do it. Needs to be "endorsed". Walked out with nothing they could do, a simple photocopy was so difficult and so out of the rules that the workers cant think of anything else to make it work. Might as well put robots there. Useless service, useless staff and False advertising. Oh but they had the audacity to recommended the Library upstairs when the library can't even do a simple photocopy, they want you to sign up and give all your details and pay for a membership just to simple photocopy. Useless all round, no need to waste other peoples time because all you do is stand there and disappoint people for 8hrs.hopeless never going here again.

Expect to wait 20 minutes or longer to be served, as the line is always almost out the door. Staff are rude and so useless that just picking up a parcel is a painful.

Spent 2 weeks running around getting my son's passport completed as per staff directions. Had form checked by staff and was just waiting on my sons birth certificate to arrive. Once I had the certificate I went in to submit and different staff arrogantly refused to accept my application because the guarantor signature went slightly out of the box. (Which previous staff informed me flwas fine) my son will now miss his international trip because of this woman's arrogance.
