Wow! Not sure what has changed but I'm glad it has. After years of being afraid to even go in here and dreading having to collect packages because of how mean they were its nice to just be able to go to the post office again. They are all so nice and efficient now it even looks more tidy. I applaud whatever or whoever has done this.

We've found them to be simply the worst. Multiple fails but the biggest was treating my family member rudely when she is hard of hearing. Real smart comments and Aus Post's response was 'the area manager will have a chat to the team'. I don't know how Springwood is continually substandard. Don't say 'treat staff with respect' if they don't treat customers the same.

Picked up a registered envelope to send an item. After filling out the address was told this envelope is for documents only. No description on the envelope or on the shelf saying documents only. Had to pay for this envelope plus another. Very poor service!

Love this post office manager calls you by name, Jimmy is funny and friendly Peta is super fast and efficient. Actually all the staff are amazing. I would go out of my way to visit this post office just for the vibe and the service. 100% perfect

I needed them to hold a parcel for a week (because they're not open on Saturdays anymore, arguable the most important dat for many). They then returned it to sender anyway after I took a day off work to pick it up.
Whatever the reason was for this, I wasn't contacted at all and I'm left having to pay for postage again and take another day off work.

My family and I today had update all our passports. There are 5 of us in total all with our unique issues and differences. So when checking the forms for staff providing the service no doubt find it is painful all these different documents to check cross reference etc. Two staff ended up doing all our forms to get things done. They were polite effective efficient understanding patient and very professional
