probably the worst post office in Queensland at the moment with the way they handle their deliveries, was sent a text on the 26th at 8:49am to make sure someone is home and that “startrek” will be delivering the package, nothing from them until 4 which is when the posty bike drove right on by , called the postoffice which i was told “sorry there’s nothing I can really do to help I just work at the front desk” and “that’s she had no idea what was going on with the parcels what so ever” shocking man😭😹 sad we are only able to use them to receive medications via post

My issues are with mail deliveries.. Far too many issues over the last 9 years at my address to list. The latest issue is that they've decided that taking the 5 steps from the car to my parcel drum (dedicated safe drop off point) inside the gate is too hard, so they write it up as "no access" to drop the parcels off and proceed to drive my stuff all the way back to town to be chucked around at the rear docking area and re-sorted for pick-up by me... They have been using the drum for 3 years, but now they must be sick of getting out of the car or something.. I'm 35 minutes out of town, and I'm at work in Warwick during post office hours, so now I have to take time off work just to collect the mail at the post office and receive service without a smile and probably an eye roll when I mention it. 5 steps!

The fat short woman looked directly at me, picked up a “soft” parcel and threw it on the floor then proceeded to pick up the top box from a pile of 3, ALL LABLED FRAGILE!! She then DROPPED it onto the ground and stepped back and KICKED my parcel across the floor and looked back up at me. I asked for help to take these 4 large (10kg/each) parcels to my car parked 15 metres away at their rear car park and was told, “I don’t get paid for that” by the balding chubby man who then walked of laughing.

The customer service that this post office provides is absolutely disgusting. These are supposed to be mature adults, yet they act like monkeys. Some serious restaffing needs to be done here. Pathetic. I don’t pay for my parcels to be broken and kicked around… especially not IN FRONT OF ME!!

Was ment to get a package delivered, was told to leave it in a safe spot. Their excuse was due to weather not safe. Our gate was open, and the car was in the carport the carport door was left open and we were home. Unprofessional.

Kelly and the English gent who deliver all my online goodies are lovely, and the staff in the shop are very helpful. Thanks for the great customer sevice and making me feel welcome, and delivering goods in tough circumstances.

The staff are so friendly and helpful. They have beautiful customer service and my express post I sent the last time I was there, was delivered to my recipient the next day so I was very happy and grateful!!

They seemed to brush off tracing our package that didn't show up (it had gone to the wrong post office) and we were constantly told by the lady behind the counter that she would "sort it tomorrow" but it never got done. They couldnt trace a recorded delivery package. The last time we went to see if the package had arrived again we were told it had not arrived and were told to ring a number (waiting on hold for 30 minutes) to be told it had in fact arrived 3 days prior. When the post office had a proper search they found our package. Not impressed.
