Unable to acknowledge that his scanner was faulty. He said he's not technical and refused to try to other available scanner until I insisted. Made me wait after serving 7 customers until I insisted. Don't feel a valued customer. Don't apologise for making me wait n shooed me off when the matter was resolved.

My absolute favourite post office and lotto/news agency.

I have been a customer here for 6 years. Since the new owners took over everything is even better. The owners are a lovely caring and thoughtful family and I was lucky enough to be offered a position working with them. They do everything possible to make your experience wonderful and they are the most amazing people to work for.

If you have had a previous bad experience with previous owners, please come back and give us a try.

I have been using Swan View LPO to send my business parcels for years.

The new Indian family that took over two years ago are just amazing. They are so friendly and helpful and go out of their way to may everything easy.

The gifts and trinkets are also amazing. I have bought many niknaks from here.

I've been going there for years. Simply put I love the service, no matter which of the staff. Sometimes custom can be quiet, other times very busy. Working in retail, it is noticed constantly, the staggering Synchronicity. Observing the staff and understand they manage the best they can at any given moment. As for mistakes they can happen, but are very low which is great, I too make errors nothing new there. They are friendly and very helpful, do their best. A Thank you to all the staff, you are great. I feel like I owe them... something a lot more than a Thank you.

Absolutely terrible post office. They leave the uncollected parcels unsecured in clear site of the public. Then claim they were broken into when you go to collect your parcels

Incredible post office! This is my local PO who I use for my small business and they are so helpful! They come and pick up sometimes 100+ of parcels a week from me and bring me about the same in return. They're always so helpful have have been a great support to me. I recommend x1000.

Since being taken over by such lovely young couple this is by far the best Post Office I have ever used. The service is efficient, knowledgeable and Super Friendly. Can't recommend any higher to my fellow neighbourhood residents for all their Australia Post requirements. A+++++
