I had a parcel delivered here. No idea why it wasn't delivered to my home and redirected to Tahmoor LPO. This parcel was a gift and I needed it by tonight.
I called ahead , told customer service I will be late, they called Tahmoor LPO and informed them I will be there just before close at 5 pm.
Customer service agent assured me my message was delivered but if I was not there at 5pm they will close.
I arrived at 4:58pm. Parked and ran to the shop, I saw a lady exit,.I was relieved. I got to the doors as they closed after her and they didn't open, it was 4:59. 1 god damn minute !! I knocked as I saw the lady there behind the counter, she saw me I signalled to her with a phone gesture with my hands and she just gave me a dirty look, another lady behind the counter turned to look at me and they both walked behind the wall. I knocked again.
Louder. Still ignored. It was 5 pm by this time. It would not have taken them that long as I already had the package to be ready through ringing customer service to save them time but no, they couldn't be bothered!! I don't want my parcels delivered here any more. They can go screw themselves. I find that to be very unsatisfactory. I'm annoyed. Now I must find a substitute gift so I don't go to the bday dinner empty handed

Rudest staff ever especially the old guy. Lugged my 8 week old baby out in 40° heat no interested in finding my parcel for me. So unhelpful left without anything he was so so unhelpful and rude.

What a wonderful LPO! We went there today to do two passport applications and Phillip was absolutely amazing, what a lovely man. The woman working there (didn't quote catch her name, sorry!) Was also wonderful.

100% Perfection with customer service and satisfaction. After having issues with the drivers not delivering my important parcels even though I was home ? (they are subbies contracted out and not at all affiliated with this branch) the folks at Tahmoor Post were amazing. They took details and called as soon as it arrived l. They were so nice. Especially the gentleman working there, when I was extremely anxious and worried. Thanks team

It seems this place has a bit of a reputation for being rude to its customers.
Every time I have to go here I find the interaction with staff unpleasant. They don’t exude any warmth or friendliness whatsoever, and I suspect if it weren’t an essential service it may struggle to exist with the attitudes of staff.

The woman (Helen I think) at the counter was snarky for no apparent reason and spoke to me patronisingly when she refused collection of my parcel because I didn’t have my physical drivers licence and the Service NSW app wouldn’t load it. I had a scanned copy of my drivers licence which she said didn’t suffice because she can’t take a photo of a photo, so she refused to release my parcels to me and walked away leaving me standing there at the counter.

I also spoke to Philip who was equally condescending and neither could appreciate or empathise with the inconvenience of coming to collect a parcel with a 5 day old newborn and 3 yr old toddler, only to be told to come back another time.

These people seem to have a genuine dislike for the public not to mention a massive chip on their shoulder. They’re super defensive, and take delight in exerting their power on customers who have no other alternative.

Phil is absolutely amazing. Did our daughters passport photos free of charge just because we were not happy with her photos that another post office took.
All staff were very friendly, polite and thorough in terms of checking the passport application. Overall a great local post office.

An amazing post office with fabulous gifts and extremely helpful and lovely staff, and here's proof, they won business of the year and were visited by Gladys berejiklian to present their award
The manager of this post office also won business women of the year. Could you accumulate so many talented wonderful people under one roof. I recommend

Saturday 23rd De. opening hours are clearly advertised everywhere as 9-12pm. Yet it's 10:30 and post office is closed. Don't advise customers to return Saturday for their package that you were too lazy to look for when attempting collection Friday..
