Always friendly, efficient and helpful when it comes to posting and picking up packages. Sometimes the wait times are long but that is the reality of any post office I’ve been to during peak hour. Your service is appreciated 🙂

They don’t answer the phone and when I am there they don’t greet me nicely or farewell me nicely.
I saw a notice while waiting in line the other day, it said this post office is now privately owned and they ask you to support this business.
The products are all Chinese oriented with some products written in Chinese, and there is no price tags on nearly all products.
I only go there now because I have a post box and need to pick up any parcels. For anything else I go to the Zillmere post office where I am treated like a valued customer.
Honestly it was an excellent post office when it was owned by Australia post. But since the Chinese owner came and bought the business it has gone down hill very fast.

Worst post office I’ve ever been to. Always a long queue, and each time I’ve been there, the staff have tried to rip me off either by short changing me or selecting the most expensive postage option. Some of the staff have poor English skills so it can be extra frustrating. Also it is dimly lit and feels dingy in there. One of the express parcels I lodged there ended up in a different location and was delayed. I am never going back.

I’ve tried to call multiple times no answer. Received a notice to collect a parcel from this post office however I live on the Central Coast of NSW (and never in QLD) so something fishy has gone on. Treating this feedback post as a bit of a file note that I’ve tried to rectify the issue without luck.

I Do my postage daily here and they are always polite & helpful. It is 100% the best post office in the area😃 Special Mention to Sam, he went above & beyond for me when I mucked up a pickup & sorted it out quickly & efficiently. Highly recommend this post office 😃

The elderly need to learn that they have all week to visit the post office. They complain the most about waiting yet they are the cause because they all decide to go on a Saturday.. when working aged people have the one day to go.

Anyway staff here are awesome and their attitudes reflect the people they serve.

No one in the store knew how to lodge the qld drivers log book. Told us we had to pay and find the address to the transportation department and charged us for an envelope. We told them it should be free and the staff then grew agitated and frustrated telling us we should have known this before coming in. We checked online and showed them the instructions provided by the government and got a refund for the envelope. They then told us to leave and go to a different post office. We then went to Chermside and they posted it immediately, no questions asked. They knew what they were doing and we didn't have to pay and we shouldn’t have. All in all, they were very frustrating and unprofessional.

I empathize with the residents in this suburb who have to contend with such a post office. On multiple visits, I've encountered long queues with staff seemingly available but not serving customers promptly. This can be frustrating, especially for those with tight schedules. While I recognize the importance of parcel pickups, efficient customer service should be a priority. The store's tidiness also leaves much to be desired, with scattered paper and chaotic shelves. Improving service efficiency and maintaining a cleaner environment would significantly enhance the overall experience for customers in this area.
