i love this post office, the staff are super friendly, super efficient at their jobs and quick to help anyone that works in the front door.. how ever, whop ever is doing the deliveries lately isnt leaving packages or ringing my doorbell while im home, which makes me have to go get my items from the post office... i understand that i may get a txt sometimes and to reply with a Y for them to leave it at my house, but if both of our cars are at the house (and yes you can see them) then why wouldnt you just leave it behind the gate where everyone else does, or in the mailbox, this is the 3rd time its happened, so please, just leave the packages at my house, thats why i get them delivered, so i dont have to go out

So frustrating having parcels sent here. I've requested them to be moved to another post office that's open on a Saturday in the morning. Still get taken here. Not everyone has time to visit during week. I really need my sons parcel. On a positive note, staff member Natalie is brilliant. Thank you for your warmth towards all customers. You remember people and are extremely efficient and patient. Thanks. Owners, open on a Saturday for all our sakes!

Today, I went to Thornlie post office for the first time to apply for WWCC. Thanks to Samia, I think that’s her name for helping me and completing the job within few seconds.
Her service was excellent and the other staff were so friendly as well 👏

After an awful experience at the Livingston Post Office, I made the trek to Thornlie Post Office for my dad’s passport renewal. The lady that served us (Catharina?) was extremely helpful and assisted us through the process which was not straight forward due to our special requirements. She took the time to make sure our application was completed thoroughly- and all with a kind demeanor. Thankyou for the great service.

Outstanding service, from super professional staff. This is top level and something rarely seen these days sadly. Just a day or 2 before I went in, my mother needed to renew her passport. She was stoked about the manner in which she was helped through the process and spoke glowingly of the wonderful interaction with all the staff there. My wife and I were very delighted by the customer services rendered at this PO. They were very professional and friendly. Our passports renewals was a breeze. We received the new passports so quickly instead of 6 weeks wait.. so glad to have been there for the passports renewals. Thank you.

I have a big complain to this postwoman with blonde hair every time she delivers our parcel to our house she’s very very rude and I cannot accept her cocky attitude towards us. This is irrelevant, if she will continue to serve people with no respect, I think she need some advise.

This is by far the best post office I’ve ever been to. All staff are incredibly friendly and lovely, especially the boss ( I didn’t catch his name). I used to go to the one in Livingston which is very close to my house, but they are the worst and I promised myself to never go there again.

15 minute drive from my house is totally worth it.
