Possibly the worst post office in Australia. I have had staff suggest I have reused stamps, refuse to complete passport documents, refuse to use photos not taken by them, lost packages - the works. Actively unhelpful.

Don't get me wrong the owners are nice but their staff need to go. Check other comments for the culprit, but I think her name is 'Karen'

As far as customer service goes you will be fine unless you get the middle aged white lady. She's rude, passive aggressive, unhelpful and seriously terrible energy all round. I drive to upper Ferntree gully now. They are so smiley, friendly and helpful.

The post office itself is great. The delivery driver, however, doesn't give you enough time to answer the door and is already writing the collection ticket about 2 seconds after ringing the doorbell.

Staff are fantastic.
I'm there most days, they all remember my name and are extremely helpful.

I will not use another Post office.

This was the most fun I've had delivering a letter, never thought I'd say that sentence. The staff were great! Warm, funny and friendly.

Best post office I have been to. Always helpful always friendly! Rarely have to wait longer than a few minutes if at all.
