Would be nice if for once, just once they could find my mail within 5 minutes. I let things slide when ownership changed, I also get that lock down made them (as well as all post offices) extremely busy. But c'mon, it's been ages now and if anything it seems service is worse even on quiet days. Both the guys working there are like a deer in head lights when you pass them a mail collection card. The taller bloke for sure couldn't find stars in the sky on a clear summer's night. Daily he asks me "are you sure someone hasn't picked it up already?" No, I live alone, no one would get it for me. Then I stand around for another 5 minutes whilst he keeps questioning me, maybe sort your mail better and do training at another post office. There's always a line of other people waiting to collect mail, and 3 out of 5 will have the same issue.

Seriously, work it out or sell up. This never happened with the old owners, even the grumpy old bloke managed to find my mail quick.

This post office store mail by surname only!!. Needless to say the address is not enough to get a parcel from A to B. Numerous lost parcels, poor customer service, blatant liars when items are lost and try blame the customer. Get your mail sent to a PO box instead of this absolutely horrendously managed office.

Bought a Myer Gift card from here for a relative for Christmas - the staff did not activate the card and when I bought the card back in (with the receipt) to be activated, they told me they couldn't do anything and if I wanted another gift card I'd have to pay another $100. Basically STOLE $100 from me. Disgusting.
