Twice I have lost parcels from West Wallsend Post Office. One was priority paid over night and all the tracking could tell me it was at West Wallsend. I knew that, that's where I sent it from.
I have given them another chance as they are my local post office, but not any more.

They were open during the long weekend Saturday while most other post offices were closed. When we were travelling nearby, we used the service there and Liliane was amazingly patient and friendly. She went extra miles and even helped us in the week after over the phone.
Highly recommend this little cute place and Liliane is the best!

Really, really slow customer service. Took 20 minutes to sign up someone for a PO box with only one person serving. Several customers had to leave before being served. No acknowledgement to those waiting in the queue.

A very small Post Office but extremely personable. This is my favourite Post Office that I have ever been to. If I ever move away from this area I will miss visiting this little but historic post office.

Omg.

Public Liability nightmare!
I also don’t like having to fill out information outside in the wind.
Consensus of the local people I have spoken too is Not the best.

This is not a reflection of the people it’s just become more of a $2 shop than a post office.

I actually stopped conduction business there because it was too slow and cluttered.
