Good, just went in to get some cash out. Is was quick and easy & they didn't charge a fee either. It was nice to see a good selection of cards and the lollies bar was a cool old school touch. As well as a good selection of toys. None of which is post related. They seem to also offer a dry cleaning and phone repair service.

Always receive friendly service at this post office. They don't accept passport applications here unfortunately, so if you need that service, go to Altona or Footscray instead.

To the owner, about their note:
If you say you can renew your passport, then have that service. I went out of my way on a Saturday morning because that's the only time I have to renew my passport. However I was told that you don't offer that service ?

Awful customer service. I’ve been to this post office several times to send small parcels. They always scanned barcode from my phone and printed a label for me. I went there today, and a lady there insisted me to print the label by myself. I said I do not have a printer at home, then she charged me for printing, which I have never been asked. She was very unfriendly and unprofessional. Forgot to ask her name, but be aware of this person. Other staff I have met are friendly and supportive.
