I was a fan of the youtube videos of Karl. But utterly disappointed when, I took an appointment. Not only did they read my case, just before the video, it took most of my 30 minutes explaining my situation. I thought atleast, after that they understood . End of the consult, they promised to give me a letter, for an additional cost of 350 aud but one week past nothing still. I thought maybe Australian immigration law services actually cared about immigrants, but was wrong. All they care is about money.

I was not expecting a miracle with my case, but atleast thought they would try, which they did not.

I have just been granted my 189 visa!

I was so worried about the process when I received the invitation, and especially who to trust to prepare and submit my application for me. I couldn't be happier with the service from AILS, from start to finish. I had my first consultation with Karl yesterday and it was so fruitful, as expected from a person like him or I would say even beyond expectation because he was so firm (and patient) and that's how we came to know that I had made a mistake in claiming points in my EoI for a visa (which I lodged myself).
