Highly recommend AVHS in Springfield. I was one of the first clients in the clinic and you couldn't tell it was new.

I was professionally and kindly guided through the whole process.

All claims were accepted (including one which didn't match typical SoP's) and I now have a Gold veteran card TPI.

Getting the claims accepted and the PI component processed has given me closure from a normally draining process physically and emotionally.

I can not speak highly enough about AVHS. I was SERCAT 7 and medically separated on 03 Feb 22 after 14 years service in both the Army and RAAF and AVHS had gone through my medical and found 22 claims prior to my separation. They prepped them all, they were my advocate, I did not need to source one. All 22 claims were accepted by DVA. I highly recommend AVHS for anybody who needs to deal with claims speak to these people. Today was a rough day with the amount of pain I was in, I phoned AVHS today to ask if one of the doctors could see me to do DVA referrals …. I have an appointment with them tomorrow morning compared a 2 week wait with my normal GP. Some people who worked at RAAF Amberley will remember Dr S Smith and Dr Singh, AVHS was started by them, and Karen from RAAF Medical is on reception and understands Mil speak and issues. Again 10 out of 10 service. I know I have raved about AVHS … I am a client only and they deserve this review I have done, thank you AVHS!
