Couldn't recommend more highly! Like many other reviewers, we were just passing through Alice Springs but something popped up on our Pajero that needed sorting before we could keep going. Had the issue diagnosed on Saturday arvo shortly after we arrived, sourced the required parts first thing Monday morning and had us back on the road Monday evening. Even dropped the car back to us where we were staying Monday night! Exceptional service and communication. So grateful for the quick turnaround time that meant we didn't miss too much of our camping trip.

Maneesh was extremely helpful and replaced a fuel pump on our Mercedes-Benz Winnebago while we were parked in a friend's driveway which allowed us to stay in it while waiting for the parts. He and his offsider then when above and beyond to finish the job over the weekend. Very honest and reasonably priced mechanics. Thanks guys.

Absolute legend! The only mechanic in Alice Springs who would see us at short notice when our van needed repairs during a lap round the country.
Got us in at 4:30pm and had our van back to us by midday the day after! Super easy communications, super honest and explained exactly what needed to be done, how much everything would be, and offered multiple options for how the work could be done to change costs/timing as we were on a super tight schedule.
Genuinely super impressed and can't recommend highly enough.
Friendly, excellent work, and even gave us back the parts from the work.

Went there cause of the reviews, totally agree with them. Squizzed my car in for a service as I was just passing through. Did a really thorough check and found that water pump needed replacing. The next morning he sent me a quote and estimated arrival of part. A few days later the part arrived, he fitted it in. Fair prices and charges exactly as quoted, too. Such a great experience, you can see he cares about his customers. Thank you.

Only thing to have in mind is there isn't much in the neighboorhood so, if like me you wait around for your car, take warm clothes and a book with you 🙂

2 days into a 7 week christmas road trip my 4wd gearbox catastrophically failed, the auto tech team worked until 8.30 on a Saturday night to replace the gearbox so we could continue our trip.
I would not hesitate to recommend this shop for all your needs.
