I have sold six properties over the last 15 years and this is the first time I have used Awesome Conveyancing. This is the worst experience I have ever had selling a house. Communication is lacking and following up on problem just doesn't seem to happen, and there were so many problems. I requested to get the deposit early which is usually 30 days from the sale but am now into my 7th week and still nothing. They wanted me to do some of the work and I asked why I couldn't give them permission to do things on my behalf and their answer was "WE DON"T DO THAT" so I was left to try and do things with very little help. So many things that should have gone smoothly did not. If nothing needs doing and you have a straight transaction on your sale you will probably have an ok experience but if there is a problem don't expect them to put any effort in to rectify the situation. Settlement is in less than 2 weeks and I can't get anything done because they haven't sorted out the deposit. If I could give 0 stars I would. I think they should change their name to Absolute Crap Conveyancing

My brother used Krystal on advice from Barry Plant Croydon and she messed up the paperwork and settlement was delayed twice. My son's settlement was also delayed because the vendor used Krystal and she didn't ensure the paperwork was correct .
