Could have used some contact when it was a month past "earliest date for resolution," but they were informative and helpful when I called them. I would not recommend AZ Statewide Paralegal. I used them to create a Living Trust and they initially did a good job. Not long after I contacted them to make a name change to the existing document. I was told I would have to pay for an entirely new Living Trust even though the requested change would have only consisted of a quick “search” and “replace” in five spots. When I asked for an explanation as to the cost I was told, “Respectfully, no I don't wish to explain our pricing and its value.” What I was asking for would have taken a child with basic computer skills two minutes at best and in no way justifies AZ Statewide Paralegal charging me the same as a new client.

1,500 dollars spent on the services and she ABRUPTLY refused to serve any more after I tried to discussed with her about new E-File Green Card visa application online with US Immigration and after that I did all the filing all over again because 9 months of wait, and need to re-do myself EVERYTHING on online. AZ Statewide WILL NOT DO ONLINE service. I planned to try to go to court to get some of money back but was toooo busy to do it so I guess its my loss.

Shannon is NOT good and from there, my wife already moved in and we agreed NOT to use her paralegal services for everything else including living will, trust, so many more. We will find another one in near future.

VERY disappointed with Shannon and her unwilling to work further despite 1,500 spent and I did it all myself through online. She done all 8 different forms but online required only 3, and luckily I can be able to copy from 2 of her completed documents but I had to do myself on other form and luckily I got everything right.

$1,500 for what?
