Excellent customer service and great prices, especially on the bulk-buy grass-fed beef. Pain-free online ordering, and delivery to Cairns is a bonus for me. Fantastic smokehouse small goods, the best beer sticks I've ever had, and the whole smoked leg of lamb is outstanding.

Stopped by yesterday for some meats , absolutely delicious looking product on show, the T bone steaks were the best I’ve ever eaten! Melt in your mouth, so juicy and flavoursome. The bacon was amazing too… definitely be back for more next week!

We drop into Babinda butchers after seeing good reviews about it on Facebook and the guy at the information centre also recommending them. We bought some steak and lamb loin chops which were very nice and the young butcher gave us some bacon to try. Omg best bacon I think we have ever had. Nice smokey flavour. Definitely a winner. Do yourself a favour and stop in there on your way through.

This is the second time passing through and we had to stop here! The snags which one FNQ awards, the burgers, the chicken- unreal! Highly recommend this amazing quality meat butcher in Babinda when stopping through or staying! Excellent service also!

Best butcher around. The product is top notch and nothing is too much trouble.
Full paddock to plate traceability with their own specially bred and selected cattle.
It doesn't matter if you want to cook low and slow or hot and fast - these guys will have you covered and will do specific cuts if you request - whatever you want.
Their rib fillet lightly smoked then reverse seared - awesome.
Smoked brisket - amazing.
Beef cheeks braised - brilliant.
They even make their own bacon... best I've ever had!!!
Even their dirty old sausages go alright (I know, that sounds...get your mind out of the gutter...).
I can't even have a steak at a restaurant anymore because they have spoilt me with the best product around.
I don't go anywhere else now, nothing compares.
And no, they didn't pay me for this review - I'm just lucky enough to be able to shop there.

Went to Babinda Meat Mart for a few lamb chops, the amazing staff upsold me plenty of other delicious meats. Smokey bacon amazing, the best sausages ever had, lamb chops mmmmm, crumbed lamb cutlets delicious. Cranskys etc unbelievably good. Probably one of the best butchers I’ve ever been to.
