Went into the store to take a look at a pram, cot and nursing chair which there is plenty of variety and can be overwhelming. That’s when Kristen helped us out in all areas with lots of knowledge and information to make our selections a lot easier. Her service was remarkable! Highly recommend this store and the staff have always been super friendly and helpful

I walked into this store 2 days ago just to get some ideas of styles and pricing for prams, car seats, bassinets etc for my daughter who will be a first time mum in May. I wandered around that store for a good 25 minutes checking prams and trying to change them from baby to toddler and not 1 staff member came to help me or ask if I needed help I only saw 1 staff member on the floor who was helping a customer the other 2 were chatting at the front! I walked out!
No customer service!

Monique has been a great help. As a first time parent, we dint know pros and cons of products and even if a product has a pro now, how it will turn out 2 years down the line in terms of practical usefulness. She explained us everything in great depth.

Finest customer service and much approachable with a friendly smile! In particularly, Isabella she went above and beyond to provide amazing service to us! I’d strongly and highly suggest to visit this store. Ample parking options with ranges of products available to buy and price is quite reasonable. Store is neatly and nicely organised. Ranges of service available - click and collect, on site car seat installation so on.

Graham the store manager I believe , was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was an absolute legend and was able to coordinate with his well trained team to assist us in what we were looking for. He was able to help us find the right pram and helped us understand all the details of our purchase to make sure it was the right decision.

Car Seat installation service is very bad.
We are late 10mins due to traffic, and both technician and cashier are very rude to us, keeping blaming us for being late.

If they are not happy to do the service, they can tell us to reschedule, otherwise, should do it professionally.

The cashier told me to come back to pay after seeing the technician. But then when I walked back to the store to make payment, the technician got angry and complained I walking away to my husband and someone else. Maybe she had told me something but I couldnt hear it probably then, but obviously, their communication between each other was not good.

During the installation and instruction, she showed a very irritating attitude to us. And when we just walked to the car to see the installation, the technician immediately and rudely told us to stay away from the door of the car (altho obviously we've kept distance from it).

We are more than happy to reschedule another time (ofc with another store) rather than being treated like that.

Will never come back to Campbelltown store.
