Great experience from eye test; through to ordering a few pairs of new glasses.

The eye technician was polite, friendly and professional. Took the time to discuss my needs and concerns.

Regarding ordering glasses, Elly was patient, professional… provided options and time frames regarding my order. Glasses ordered on a Saturday, SMS advising ready for collection the following Thursday.

Great range, service and prices to match. I’ll be back next time I need an eye exam and new glasses. Thanks team!

This was the worst experience of my life dealing with a retailer. It took almost 3 months to have my prescription sorted out properly after going through 4 optometrists between Bailey Nelson Bondi beach and Bondi Junction stores. There were 3 different lenses made and not until the frames were changed did the glasses and lens fit correctly. There were mistakes made with ordering of my glasses as well as messages sent that the glasses were ready and when I turned up that was not the case. I will never again set foot in a Bailey Nelson store.

I had a great experience in Bailey Nelson, from entering the shop to leaving. I felt welcomed by the staff and the lady who helped me choose my glasses was wonderful. The test was quick and professional and my glasses arrived in just over a week. I was a little disappointed that I was given a pouch instead of a hard case but they assured me there was some on order and I could go back and collect it when they arrived
