Amazing experience with the Toowoomba store. I didn’t have an appointment but they fit me in straight away as my precious prescription had expired. Very thorough eye check and I didn’t feel rushed through. I received my glasses and they fit great but there was just a little mix up with the nose pads. The store went above and beyond to fix the issue and I would definitely go back in the future.

I moved from Specsavers, then OPSM to finally landing on Bailey Nelson as my current to go to store for eye tests. I visited this store while I was travelling. I was kept informed of the range of tests on offer to suit my eye health needs. The team were definitely customer centric and knowledgeable enough to present options without compelling me to spend just for a cash grab.

The optometrist was both thorough and efficient with my eye test, something I value in my busy schedule.

Also there was something unique about the modern design of their sunnies which made me ditch my old raybans.

The eye test with Brittany was thorough and hassle free while Kara's extraordinary depth of knowledge, honest advice and kindness was a much-needed refreshing reminder that personal and professional human service still exists and far surpasses AI and online shopping. It was my first appointment with Bailey Nelson and first time getting glasses. I was a little nervous and not sure what to expect,
but the staff were amazing, patient, and very professional. They had loads of experience and you could really tell. They were very engaged and wanted to help me and made me feel comfortable. There was a great selection of glasses to choose from. The staff were overall very kind towards me. The prices of the glasses and the appointment were also very reasonable. I received a very nice gift card. The optometrist couldn't have been better and was so much help!! Overall fantastic experience...I'll definitely be coming back!!

As someone who has been wearing glasses most of my life, visits to the optometrists are common, but I must say, I’ve never experienced a service like I did today at Bailey Nelson. I was a fan of their glasses on the website, so I decided to give them a try! I arrived, and the fantastic woman who checked me in fixed my previous glasses free of charge (from a different brand), then my experience with the optometrist was awesome. Michael explained everything so well, so that I understood why my prescription changes, and what sorts of options I had for corrective products if I would like a referral to see someone about that. I left feeling like I truly understood my prescription for the first time in 10+ years. Then, my awesome assistant spent so much time helping me pick out glasses that suited me, there was no pressure to “hurry up” at all. I have never been so impressed with an optometrist as I was today and I truly want to say thank you, and I’ll definitely be back to see these guys!

The service was amazing. Staff was incredibly helpful with selecting new frames and having my eyes tested. Took only a couple of days for my frames to reach the store and I couldn’t be happier with them.
