Baird and Hayes were instrumental in assisting us to gain our Development Approval through Somerset Regional Council. Our property is located in a high fire danger area, along a water catchment and protected koala habitat. There were many times where I thought we may not be able to build and B&H were able to guide us as needed.

It was our first time building a house and the location came with some complex issues. The team was able to help us obtain the required reports and provide advice throughout the process which ultimately provided our council permission to build. We couldn't have got to the build stage without their assistance and are incredibly grateful for their expertise and patience with all of our questions.

I would highly recommend them to anyone building a home with complex environmental and building restrictions. They were realistic and gave good advice. We finally got there.
