AVOID THIS BUSINESS!!! If you are reading this before contacting this company do not bother, they are only going to waste your time! All of their doctors are late for most appointments so wouldn’t waste your time, contact PALMERSTON SUPER CLINC for doctors/gps that actually show up for their Clients!!!

Do not waste your time, I took my 9 month old daughter there yesterday as she’s had a fever and flu like symptoms such as a cough and running nose. Seen the doctor for two minutes. Today I had to take my daughter to the hospital because she has RSV and bronchitis. When he told me yesterday he had no concerns at all for her.

Booked a h endorsement medical for my licence. Went in to see the doctor after waiting well pasted the booked appointment. The doctor said she doesn't do them. I asked why not. She said, I prefer not to do them you need to find another doctor.

Not even deserving of 1 star.

I attended the clinic for urgent treatment of a known condition.

Despite having a sign in their waiting room saying “Schedule 8 or drugs of dependence are not prescribed at this practice”, the doctor forcefully tried to prescribe me a benzodiazepine as a first line treatment.

Fortunately I had a support person with me to help me understand medication recommendations. We had to argue with the doctor to get prescribed the medication ACTUALLY recommended in the Australian Guidelines for this condition.

Absolutely disappointing provision of medical care.

After 7 years of coming here, I've decided never to return.
I've spent more time wasted in your reception waiting for the doctor than I have ever actually spent with the doctor.
Just a complete waste of time.

I've seen numerous GPs since my children were born. None even come close to the GPs at Bakewell Medical Centre. The doctors here have been absolutely incredible and always accommodating. They are thorough and will take anything you say on board when assessing the kids. The administrative staff are also fantastic and really friendly. I highly recommend anyone wanting a good GP to use these guys!

Doctors are nice, however except to wait a good 40mins plus for every appointment you have. Except reception to not advise you of delays. Last except to wait 4 days to get into see anyone. If you have time to wait come here. If not don't bother.

So helpful and well-managed, welcoming us strangers to town, with ease. Recommend Dr Kothi, my GP in the NT (vanlife). Pathology on site as well. The adverse review of 2 weeks past is not of this practice, GP or staff, and was reported as not relevant to here.
