I have had the pleasure of working with Brodie (Accountant) Karen (Bookkeeper) for some time now, for my business' needs and that of my clients. I am constantly impressed with their level of organisation, attention to detail, and wealth of knowledge.

They truly know their stuff and always goes above and beyond to ensure that their clients are well taken care of. Their expertise in the SCHADS award is particularly impressive and has been a great asset to my disability support clients.

Karen and Brodie are always available to answer questions and offer advice, and they do so in a clear and concise manner. Their communication skills are top-notch and they are always friendly and approachable.

I highly recommend the team at Balanced Beans!

Brodie and her team are incredible! I run a small business and as it's grown my time on the accounts has dropped and they have been able to pick up that extra work. Coming out of covid and a previous dodgy accountant, Brodie and her team have been VERY thorough and fantastic communicators throughout! Can't recommend them enough!

Karen and the team at Balanced Beans have been assisting TruBlue Engineering since December 2020. In addition to providing book keeping & payroll services, Karen has taken the time to understand the "Projects" application within Xero and assist us tracking our profit margins for each project. Karen is a great asset to my business, if I am not sure about a certain problem to do with the book keeping, I just email Karen for advice, she will then help fix the problem, or fix it for me!

Karen of ‘Balanced Beans’ tweaked our chart of accounts to provide us with more relevant information specifically for our business reporting needs.

She also introduced us to Hubdoc which has made entering receipts easier and paperfree.

Karen has assured we lodged our BAS on time! Which wasn’t going to happen otherwise.
