We spent NYE at the Bally Hotel. The food was great, as were the staff. The entertainment was Glenn Whitehall & The Getups. They played such a fantastic range of songs & had everyone dancing or singing along. To add to the night, a cancer survivor sang ‘I Will Survive’ with the band backing up her up. Overall the night was fantastic!!

A huge shout out to the team at Balgownie Hotel who went above and beyond to make my husbands 40th birthday celebration a fantastic day. Could not have been happier with the service, nothing was a problem, even when rain impacted our initial plan. Food was yummy and plentiful and everyone had a great time! Thanks again guys!

From the very beginning, Jess was an absolute superstar. She was incredibly helpful during the planning process, answering all my questions and ensuring that every detail was thought through. On the day of the event, she went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. Her attention to detail and warm, friendly demeanor made both me and my guests feel so cared for.

We went here last night. A beautiful, very grand and old pub is serviced by a run down, heavily overpriced kitchen. Not one person at the table was happy - chicken was dry and overcooked, the pizza special looked and tasted exactly like a frozen pizza. Burgers were bland and small. Kids chicken nuggets and chips with gravy was minimal and a whopping $16. Waitstaff chucked the food on the table at us and seemed cranky. Half our table's food arrived fifteen minutes before the other half. A very disappointing experience and we won't be back in a hurry.

When here with the family for a function a week ago . The atmosphere in the garden was awsome , food was amazing and the beer was cold . What more could you ask for . Maby a bot more off street parking wouldn't go a stray , but we still parked pretty close anyways .

Over the weekend we celebrated our daughter's 21st birthday party in the function room. A wonderful night was had by all. A big thank you to Jessica for her organisation and assistance along the way, as well as the staff that were in attendance on the night.
There was plenty of food and guests made comment of how nice it was.
Would definitely host another party there.
