Dr Demetrio is a fantastic, knowledgeable and kind dentist. After being told I needed to get my first filling done I was nervous about the procedure, but Demetrio and Sonia made the experience so easy and positive I can’t praise them enough.

Banora Family Dental and Implants are just the best dental experts around. I have been a patient of Dr Demetrio for many years and I can vouch that he is a master of his profession as well as having a very soothing and gentle chair-side manner. I have total trust in him and his excellent staff when they are working on my teeth and I can actually relax in the dental chair! I have never had any problems with the work they have done – and also no pain or bad after effects even after dental surgery. His assistant Sonia is a gem, and also very accommodating of my schedule, bending over backwards to fit in appointments to suit my timetable. Due to hereditary factors and age, I needed quite a lot of work on my teeth in order to preserve them (and to be able to eat!) and after trialling many dentists I finally struck gold with Dr Demetrio and his team. If you want the best in the business then look no further.

I don't even have words to describe how good they are. Besides the work itself being very well done, Demetrio explains each procedure, the reasons behind it, the alternatives, and the consequences. He's very didactic. I also notice that he performs the necessary procedures that will bring results. Sometimes we go to the dentist in a lot of pain, in a moment of vulnerability – that happened to me. I was in a very bad state, but I was supported with empathy. The reception is also excellent. They managed to fit me in when I really needed it. I missed a few calls, but they sent me SMS explaining why, even outside of business hours. It's an excellent service in every way

Exceptionally professional and caring team that provided an exemplary service!! The practice emanated warmth and compassion from the time I walked through the door. Both Dometrio and Sonia went out of their way to accommodate my every need. I have been to many dentists in my life and never been treated with such transparency, respect and kindness. I wasn't charged for the follow-up treatment and then received two phone calls to check on my healing. Three words I would use to describe this practise and team of professionals are: trustworthy, kind and highly skilled (ooops- that was 4!!!).
