I am very grateful to Banyo Clinic and my GP John Carter. Although they had no more available appointments I was given the option of coming to the Clinic and just waiting to see if any of the GP's on duty could fit me in between appointments.
As I was in considerable pain I was anxious to see a Doctor at short notice.
Thank you Dr John for making room for me in your busy schedule.

I wasn't satisfied with my visit. 20 mins late at the start of the day without apology or acknowledgement of course. Furthermore the doctor did not examine me adequately or diagnose my infection - staphylococcus - correctly, resulting in a delay to treatment. He simply asked why I was there! I later found out the diagnosis by consulting another GP. Then they asked me for this google review so here we are. They also charged me for a long appointment when it was not longer than 15 minutes - I believe that's Medicare fraud

Large medical practice with great doctors, pleasant admin staff, and huge range of services. Bulk billing service is a bonus for concession card holders. Have always been treated with courtesy, empathy, and patience. Thank you Banyo Clinic.

Pretty much on time, Doctor who I had never met, had perused the registration form which I had filled out, & was conversant with my medical history, which was extensive; I was impressed! Got into all the nitty gritty pretty quickly, & put a plan in place, he possibly could have explained it a little more, so I had no surprises at the pharmacy! Hopefully when I see him again in a fortnight, results will be in abundance!

Doctor McLeod is wonderful, always happy to explain anything if I don't understand. Very careful in her delivery of sensitive information as to not upset people. Kind, bubbly and caring.
